The prices shown on the product pages are excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added at the checkout and are based on total weight of item(s), or if you prefer to save on delivery charges, we have a click and collect service available – just click on collection in the delivery menu and pop in to see us with your order confirmation between 10pm and 4pm the next working day.
Due to custom and excise regulations beer sales are only available within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). The prices shown are excluding delivery costs which are added at the checkout. If you wish to purchase multiple cases, please call us for an individual quote.
Beer will be delivered via courier and will arrive separately from any merchandise also included on the order. Please allow 5 days for beer delivery. The courier may require a signature when delivering the beer. In the event that there is no one available to receive the beer the courier will leave a card with contact details to re-arrange delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return part or all of your order for replacement or refund up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
To organise a replacement or return please Contact Us via the website or ring us on 01554 773357. Please quote your name, order reference, the product you wish to replace/return. While you do not have to give any reasons for cancellation, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future.
Unless the product is faulty, all returns are at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please note that beer is non-refundable unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you experience issues with the quality of the beer purchased, and provided that the beer has been appropriately stored and is still within its shelf life, please contact us and we will arrange for an appropriate replacement or credit accordingly. The faulty product must be retained for replacement/credit purposes.
