At Felinfoel Brewery, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our website visitors. We do not share information with any other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. The policy below will outline how we collect personal data and how we use it.
Newsletter
As part of the online shop checkout process we have an opt in section for a Felinfoel Brewery newsletter. We collect and store personal information of customers. We use that information for a couple of reasons, firstly to tell you about any new exciting news form the Brewery, secondly to make sure we can contact customers directly regarding any purchases / queries.
We use a third party, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link
Online Shop
When you purchase anything from Felinfoel Brewery we store your name, address data, e-mail and contact number on our system. We do not share your personal details with any other company. This information is stored so that we can contact you regarding your purchases or answer any queries.
Payment System
We use the Paypal payment system and Stripe payment gateway. The information held here is for payment only.
Cookies
When someone visits www.felinfoel.com we use cookies to collect data for website analytics. We use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. You can opt in and out of this by using our cookie settings.
Contact Forms
We have a contact form that appears on most of our website pages. If you complete this form we will only use your data to reply to your enquiry. These details are only stored long enough to allow us to reply to your enquiry and then they are deleted. If we have an email conversation with you as a result of your enquiry then we will add your email address to our email address book in order to continue to communicate with you. We will not add your details to a mailing list or share them with any third parties.
Access to your personal data
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Please email your request to gdpr@felinfoel-brewery.com the Brewery and it will be actioned.
